WORLD CLASS CITY- YEAH SURE!!!

City Power changed my meters (3 phase) to a Smart meter, in March 2015. April Account-No problem. May- hello, they want treble for Electricity.- June -They want treble again- R15,000.00 TOTALLY incorrect. Daily average is around 25.0kWh. Solar geyser etc. Drove there today because I was told I had to bring a Job Card.<br> Was told meter registered, but can't get signal in some areas, so they just estimate WITHOUT TELLING anyone.<br> Now it's my fault that they can't read the meter. Told to pay normal, and estimates will be correct.<br> NOW THE FUN STARTS. I want to register for Pre-Paid. Young lady, half asleep, totally disinterested, states she needs an up to date Account. Can't do because of ESTIMATES. You will never get an up to date statement, because you are billed in arrears. So NOBODY CAN REGISTER FOR PRE-PAID???<br> GIVE ME STRENGTH, JO-ANNA.
