Without power for 3 days and no assistance

Terrible service. On Tuesday our electricity went out (after the loadshedding schedule) and it's been off since. I've been calling the call center non stop but you hold for hours without any answer. I lodged a ticket on the website on Tuesday which they just closed without attending to it. So I lodged another ticket. 10pm on Wednesday someone from city power came to our house. He was there for 5min left and never came back. This morning someone else came. Was here for a couple of minutes and left. Nothing fixed. Wires were opened and left as is. When I call the numbers they contacted me from they just don't answer. Loadshedding is bad enough but now we are just permanently in the dark. Can anyone please assist me.
