City power is forcing people who stays in an RDP houses to pay R3000 to R4000 for electricity. And they forget that for the past ten to 12 years they're the ones who said to residents that they are busy solving their problems they will let them know when they have to pay.Those RDP houses they didn't chose to do that their the one said that. Now they make them pay for those years by doing that. How can you pay R3000 while you only getting R350 that's madness.
