Well Done Lebo N****lo!

I would like to thank Lebo N****lo for the excellent telephone manner and customer service given on the evening of 29 August 2017. An electricity pole blew in front of my house in Zulu Street, Northcliff and she attended to the call via reference number ********** 495.

Some customers may say that this is expected service, but I would like to say that I was pleasantly surprised in how quickly my call was answered, how quickly I was directed and his quickly I was advised of a response time.
