Well done City Power

I have to admit that when my electricity went off yesterday I was filled with dread. I am on prepaid and would have to deal directly with City Power. For the first time in years I was impressed by the service, from the swop out of my faulty unit, to the next level and the end technician who came and ultimately fixed my problem. This was all done in the space of 4 hours. Restored my faith in at least one municipal department.
