Weekly power cuts

We have been experiencing power cuts for more than 4 hours at a time since last week Tuesday. Please see ref numbers logged on your website CPWEB ********** AND CPWEB ********** . Tried calling your call center several times and they don't pick up. Kindly advise why we are experiencing these power cuts and how often we can expect them.
