Weak electricity supply

I am disgruntled at the service received from City Power. Every week we do not electricity and it is becoming a norm now, with no explanation as to why and any reasons. We have to pay bonds, pay rates and taxes and again pay electricity which they take every week. This is really not fair on bond owners.
