Very very bad service

I have no supply for 3 days and reference number has been cancelled CPWEB ********** and CPWEB ********** as i have received an sms saying " ref has been cancelled with no reason: null" , when i contacted City Power they says references were cancelled by mistake but someone will come assist but no has.

I do not know where to escalate the matter now or how do I get assistance on getting electricity at home.
