Very bad service

<p>We urgently require assistance as the small green box that supplies power 2 our street has been damaged in last year when city power came out to replace a fault. The technicians on site didn't have equipment and broke the box open. The boz is now completely hanging to the one side and has been making a blasting sound since this afternoon. The box is standing open and there are small kids playing in the street. I have reported this problem is last year and requested for the box to be replaced up until nw this hasn't been done. The call ref was CPWEB ********** dated 16/06/2016, the call was closed as cancelled wit no services rendered.</p>
