Your links to the 'updates' on electricity restoration do not work and all you can offer the people of South Africa are generic 'sorry for the inconvenience and 'please bear with us' messages.

Your shoddy service delivery and refusal to correctly update on ETR's has spanned years.

In this day and age, people have to work from home, it is the 'new normal'. Yet provisions have not even been made for ensuring that 'damp' does not trip the power every time it rains! News flash! South Africa does indeed have rain we are not a barren desert!

Please, step up your game and show a little respect to the people of this country. We deserve prover service and we deserve responses that provide us with information and correct analysis of time and service delivery.
