Useless/unapologetic

It's been a year since I have staying at Tshepisong phase 1 and every single day there is no electricity for almost the whole day in a day we can have 2hours of electricity then it's gone... We have elders leaving in our area, chronic patients thay need to eat in order to take medication, people who have business to run and people whom are working from home due to the pandemic...

Tshepisong is always the only area without electricity, why is that its an ongoing thing and happens every day, Im begging to think that you switch electricity off here to power up other arrears of which is not fair or someone there has a person agenda...

This is way beyond load shedding and it's been happening for years...

I'm honestly disappointed when you call city Powe Florida no answer every single day..
