USELESS GENERATOR

<p>Im writing this complaint with lots of anger and dissapointment .I line in Eldorado Park Extention 8 and we have been experienncing power outages for weeks now.We were advised that some cable got burtn.After days without electricuty we were provided with a generator.This generator gets switched on at the most akward times and when we needed this in the morning when getting ready for school and works we have absolutley no power and again when we get home around 5pm no electricity.When you call the call centre no one can tell us when this will be sorted.Such a big company with totally unacceptable service.Can soneone tell me when will this be fixed</p>
