Useless city power

<p>I have called city power countless amounts of times during the past two days to try and get someone out to help us with our electrical meter, we have been sitting in the dark, without electricity since Tuesday evening, and everytime I called they had assured me someone was on their way. No one has come, and I received an sms saying that my problem has been fixed, when no one has come. I am beyond upset and in a corner, as electricians cannot fix the problem </p>
