Useless city power

<p>We have been sitting in the dark since Tuesday evening, I have called city power countless amounts of times during the past two days and each time I am told someone is on their way through, and no one has come. I have just received an sms saying my problem has been solved, when infact no one has come. We are in a corner as not even electricians can sort it out </p>
