Useless!!

First of all City Power do NOT answer their phones. Second During load shedding the City of Joburg don't have generators and therefore cannot operate during load shedding Thirdly After having Paid R1265 for a pre paid meter, there are NO batteries supp**** on initial installation. Is someone at City Power keeping them for private use?
