City Power has a bunch of **** heads working for them. As for Lerato Nage your systems are not up-to-date. You have put have no shame. As a tax payer my account has never been in arrears and I have been on prepaid since March 2017. I have never received a bill from since then regarding my bill. Your employees have guestimated my electricity and billing it to an account which no longer runs why because have not updated your systems. Due to this incompenet display of work ethics amongst your employees our cables have been cut because they failed to show proof that they are accredited city power workers and because your lack of incompetency we are sitting without lights yet your fellow citizens sitting orange and soweto never suffer from load shedding or cables been cut yet they are sitting in large amounts of debit. You have not sent me a bill since 2017 neither have you tried to contact me with regards to my bill and send out people during my working hours to slash my electricity. I have log in a call and have not received feedback. I am beyond frustrated because of this incompetency. I am more than willing to take this to the newspapers and court. Your lack service is disgraceful and I don't mind tarnishing this establishment further so that you no longer have investors. This has been an ongoing battle since December.
