Unwilling to assist

I have loged several calls and have had several call out reference numbers last was Cpweb ********** Have been with out power since monday the 9th of October. 4 days And still no one came out I have spoken to so many folks that my mind hurts but only get promises with no results. They keep confusing our home with another job in Van Hullstein and Donnelly and we are no where near it. Can some one please assist us we are losing so mutch and its very unsettling.
