Unresolved power outage for five days and ongoing

Our power has been out in River Club Sandton for five days. Multiple people on our street have logged tickets, which are opened, allocated and then closed, with City Power citing that the issue is resolved, although it isn't. Unbelievably frustrating. Amongst us we've made about twenty phone calls and multiple online loggings, with no resolution.
