Unrealistic assumptions we take to our grave. City Power - let there be light.

<p>Dear Johannesburg City Power.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phrase "Talk is cheap" may be over 100 years old. And to be honest the community I live in has not been waiting that long to get its street lights fixed. It just seems that long.</p> <p>Is seven months a reasonable time to wait for a simple repair to street lights? Or is that an unrrealistic expectation? (CPWEB ********** )</p> <p>Is it reasonable to expect that when a fault is "closed" It has been fixed? Or is that an unrealistic expectation? (CPWEB ********** )</p> <p>Is it reasonable to expect a reminder of failure to meet your service level agreement with the City would elicit a positive response? Or is that an unrrealistic expectation? (CPWEB ********** )</p> <p>Is it reasonable to expect that when you tell City Power that they have not fixed what they have said has been fixed, they would prioritise and apologise? Or is that an unrealistic expectation? (CPWEB ********** )</p> <p>It is reasonable to think that when City Power say your complaint has been escalated that something might happen? Or is that an unrealistic assumption? </p> <p>Is it reasonable to expect the other local complaints about street lights in the local area will also be fixed at the same time for cost efficiencies" Or is that an unrealistic assumption? (CPWEB ********** , CPWEB ********** ), </p> <p>Is it reasonable to think City Power might be closing unrepaired faults so their CRM statestics look better? Or is that an unreasonable assumption?</p> <p>Is it reasonable to think City Power might be closing unrepaired faults so contractors get paid for not doing nothing, with all the ******* associations that go with this?
