Unprofessional and contradicting information

<p>Bad service ever. I have app**** for a new electricity connection and I was instructed to put the meter box at the boundary and a temporary house (Shack) for a technician to do connections. A week after I made payments and all preparations, I got a call from technician telling me that the connection cannot be done until the house is complete. This unprofessional official should have been told me that I have to finish building before applying for electricity connection. Now I am instructed to hire generator for the full term of the project.............</p>
