unplanned power outages

Our electricity was off wednesday from 6:00pm till 12:15pm the next day... It went off again thursday at 3:00pm till 9:00am the next day... Then it went off again yesterday at 12:15pm then it went on at 10:05pm nw it went off again nw at 08:10am and when we call them they take forever to answer
