Unhappy Tax/utilities payer

I am a resident of Tshepisong Phase 1, It is almost 4 weeks without electricity, I have reported to City power and I keep on calling them everyday to check on the status of my call. I am always allocated to different technicians who never attended to my ticket and they will close the ticket without resolving the case ,some will lie that they have attended the case whilst the power is not resolved. City power is a bunch of *********** public service providers whom I don't know how Eskom entrusted with such a huge responsibility that they can't handle, from the 2nd February till now,we still don't have electricity and they seem to just don't care. Maybe Eskom must terminate their contact with immediate effect, they just occupying this vacancy to push their own agenda. To Eskom please find a reputable contractor,fire City power they now too comfortable,they have forgotten their responsibility.
