Unhappy customer

I have been calling city power with no luck. 3 days I still don't have electricity.... They are saying they allocated someone but no one is coming please please assist. I looked a call on the 6th August to this day I still don't have electricity. My calls are in vain. Call centre keeps telling me they are sending someone.
