Unexplained power outage in Turffontein area.

This morning at around 6 a.m. for no rhyme or reason there is a electricity outage in turffontein area. City power in its infinite backward wisdom can not explain the outage. The outage is not even registered on the eskom app. City power is by right a bunch of I don't what name to put to it. But they are quick to take money but dead slow to respond to needs of its customers.
