Tripped In The Dark

<p>Annoyed doesn't even describe how i feel. City power had the audacity to switch off my electric which surprised me as i used prepaid electricity. And i don't owe them a single cent. When i contacted there Customer care service department i was advice to wait 72 hours! That really ****ed me off firstly it's not my fault they are unable to read stand numbers correctly, which now means . My children and i have to be tripped in the dark for 3 days! This is really unheard of and I'm beyond ****ed. And to make matters worse my children are supposed to study in the dark because of their stupidity. I want this sorted out NOW as they as inconveniencing me! This foolish is freaken uncalled for!! FREAKEN HELL</p>
