Transformer issue

I am fully disappointed with the service I got from City Power. I stay in vlakfontein proper 5 ********** . Its been a cold 2 weeks without electricity I tried all alternatives like calling the customer help line on I logged a call on Thursday 05/07/2018 and i only got a respond on Sunday to say 08/07/2018 to say they have resolved the matter to my surprise they didnt even come. My reference no CPWEB ********** . I have run of what to do. I was given contacts of Managers namely, Lucas ********** 338 , sipho gamede ********** 355 and ********** 336 rakhefa but I have received no help. kindly assist.
