Total inefficiency and dysfunctionality of City Power

bservatory substation burning out last year Nov-= 7 days without power Last week Wednesday cable theft Sebenza . Power restored at 1830 Saturday only to be load shedded at 2000 hrs again. Yesterday Joburg water came to fix a Pipe at Sant James inside Sovereign parks estate and their TLB snapped the main cable leaving Highwoods and St James without electricity . Generators running again I opened a ticket yesterday around 1100 and reference was received. I called City Power again at approx 1500 to plead that they send out a technician, to no avail . This morning i receive an e mail advising ticket closed. I called City power and gave them the ref no and the lady said job complete. I advised her that no-one has been here to attend to the work and the power is still off . She then issued another ticket. I am asking - how do we deal with such inefficiencies and pure no care attitude, whilst paying our power and rates and taxes every month . Is this service delivery ?????
