They came to put a new prepaid meter that is calibrated according to zone,the meter is program to charge every month R4000 weather you at home or not.We had no power for five days and account is still on R4000 .I was in leave for 1 week and account is the same.Everynight when you make reading and in early morning 10khw disappear.I have taken matter up with ombudsman of city if Joburg and it is almost one year still nothing has been done
