Our electricity was switched off and, up to now, it has not been restored. What is most concerning is the lack of communication or updates from City Power. We have not received any clear information on the cause of the outage or an estimated time for restoration. This is extremely frustrating, as it affects our daily activities, safety, and essential household needs. We understand that faults can occur, but the absence of feedback and delays in resolving the issue are unacceptable.
