There was cable theft in our area on Wednesday the 8th of October 2025, resulted to us not to have electricity. I reported the matter to City power on Thursday. They sent me a message saying the technician by the name of Ramathabatha is the one who will come and fix the matter for us. On Friday, there were two technicians arrived to the place where cables were ******, they were sent by Ramathabatha but they refused to replace my ****** switch, saying they were not told about my job card. I called city power immediately while technicians were still there but it didn't help me because they didn't fix it. I've been calling city power every day but with no luck only empty promises.
