theft due to darkness and No Service Delivery!!!!

<p>For the past 3months we have been struggling with street lights either 1 out of 6 globes works or none at all. Currently our street has been submerged in darkness due to the lack of service in our area with at least 8 lights not working. Workmen are up and down constantly during the day but it seems once they work on a light fixture 3 more go out. Now due to the lack of sufficient lighting our area has become a hot spot for house burglaries, Yard theft, Hijacking and a constant accident zone. On calling the call centre, after holding for close to 30 min an agent who seemed to have better things to do with her time than to listen to my issues, took my number down and promised to have a supervisor call me. Needless to say a week later I am still awaiting his/her call. I have been told this could take anything from 7-14days to sort out who knows what damage could be caused in that time not counting the damage already done. What has the service level in our country become!!!</p> <p> </p>
