The worst service ever received, Useless call centre, everyone seems clueless

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>we have a major issue at our newly built house in ALveda Kiblerpark, seems that when the prepaid electrity was installed, no Number pad was left for us to use, we have a house that we can occupy because the is no electrity due to the missing number pad. we then took it up with Cosmopolitan who refered us to City power, and im sorry to say but they are the worst ever. My husban and i have been struggling to have this matter resolved, and are now paying a bond for a house that we cant occupy. we have been calling City power from May to help resolve the issue with no success, we logged endless calls and all that happens is the logs just get closed without any communication from CIty power what so ever.It's either that or their call center agents promise to call me back by they never do.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have the following references to prove it.</p> <p>CP55827</p> <p>C***618</p> <p>CP60329-and this is the latest one, of which i was promised a call back from Lucas, who called me the next day(29/06/2016), but when i told him my query wasnt resolved, he said he needs to consult with his supervisor , and that was the end of it.</p> <p>i then called on the 1st if July, got through to Gugu, who promised to call me by 4pm, and that didnt happen.</p> <p>i have just now, 04th of July called in again and spoke to Briaan, who told me that the technician came to my property, but yet no one called, and i told them countless times that we need the technicians to call us when they are in ther area as we the premises are current vacant due to the fact that we have no electricity.</p> <p>Brian then tells me that i must log another call as this one was logged incorrectly. i then asked to speak to a supervisor, i was given Precious' telephone number( ********** ) which just rings and doesnt get unswered.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need help as i dont know what to do anymore, i cant be paying a Bond for a vacant house, where CIty Power and it's employees dont care about the losses im incurring on a vacant house.</p> <p> </p> <p> i honestly need help.</p> <p> </p>
