The Usual Pathetic service

<p>i app**** for prepaid electricity over 5 months ago.</p> <p>on the 27th of septemeber i recived an sms saying that the ref no:CP93294 / ********** 618 has been completed.</p> <p>i called the centre because the job has not been compeleted & was told that the "manager" asked them to close the call because there was a back log of calls. i explainded to the consulatant that the call cannot be closed when nothing was done.</p> <p><br />i was then told that someone will contact me in 2 weeks to have the job completed.</p> <p>A guy by the name of Brian contacted me on the 5th of October stating that some would attend to the installation within 3 days.</p> <p><br />its been almost 3 weeks & have not heard anything from anyone.</p> <p>Please can this be installed ASAP</p>
