The owners of electricity turned mafias

I have been experiencing an electricity issue for months now. I have been physically going to city power to report the issue the technician to be dispatched told me regardless of where I go he is who needs to come and help me and alluded to the fact that I would need to incentivise him to do his job of replacing an electricity meter. He makes empty promises and keeps making me go from pillar to post. It has been said how does he feel and think doing such an awesome inhumane thing of making me stay for months without electricity? Today I will not name and shame but technician are owning electricity.
