thank you Mr Bongani - as promised

good day - been having problems with street lights on my street - since 08/09/15 - call centre and online fault reporting - followed up - but had no joy - so I took a chance and called the randburg branch - directly - nice lady directed my call to Mr Bongani - this gentleman took time to listen to my complaint - and promised to look into the matter immediately - which he did - last evening - the street lights were back on - what a relief - thank you Mr Bongani - really appreciate your time and assistance - in keeping your promise - take care - kind regards - colin reddy
