I didn't have electricity from 6 o clock the morning. Realize that I was the only one in my street, it wasn't loadshedding. In my local WhatsApp municipality group I found the website to log a fault. Had to register first. Was worried because I'm only a tenant, not the owner of the house. Website was easy to use. Registered at 10:44. At 11:12 received an sms to say call in progress. They came 15 minutes later. By 12:00 lights back on. Good job City power!!!!
