Terrible terrible service

A pole blew in our street Fourth Street Delarey next to Maraisburg on Fri 06th Oct abd caused all street lights including our home to go off. I logged a call and called numerous occasions with no response or help. Everytime I was told they would come in a few hours but its been 4 days and still nothing. The pole is still blowing with sparks shooting and they dont seem concerned about peoples lives which the pole could affect.
