Terrible service

I live in Noordhang and have been without lights for over 12 hours, this is excluding the outage we had yesterday. Northriding and noordhang are continuously faced with unplanned outages and direct communication is never supp**** to paying clients. Currently on Twitter the log says it's been restored, which is false information.
