Terrible service

Terrible service experienced from Sharon and Tryphina, working at Rueven, they are the ladies answering the phones when we enquiring about the logged calls. They asked me if I want electricity or not when I tried to find out about the technicians time of arrival. Then they both laughed. They went on to tell me that I’m not the only one without power of which I knew hence I logged a call and tried to make a follow up just like everyone else.
