Terrible service

I have been logging calls with city power since the 30th of November and have not received any help with my meter that's not loading units, the technician keeps closing my calls without even attention to me, the call center is no help at all,all they do is put u on hold n say they will escalate it which still isn't helping.... I've been in the dark for 3 days now, this is unacceptable. I have a small child that I've been in the dark with.
