Terrible service

Issue: No power supply yet again to the church yard after repairs were completed and mind you it’s only the church yard and the yard next door. After repairing the LV feeder cables supplying electricity from the transformer to the church cabinet that sustained fire damage near the transformer, resulting in conductor failure, unsupported and hanging cables it’s now off again. I logged a new fault on the city power log a fault portal but they keep reopening closed old ones and say they will attend to it after 3 days! The church yard requires urgent repairs please as in like yesterday.
