Sworn and threatened by an employee

Found people from City Power outside my yard by the meter and asked what's going on. One of the guys named Sibusiso Nkosi then goes on to tell me I'm rude to ask questions while sitting in my car. So I responded by saying I don't have to get out my car to ask him questions, he then goes on to tell me that he'll take me out my car and **** me up because I'm an arrogant piece of ****. They were driving a white Nissan NP200 - FX 97 BF GP.

I find it troubling that city power employees can threaten people outside their own yard and walk up to their cars.
