Suspicious behavior by city power personnel

I am a Johannesburg resident and for the last two years I've been experiencing suspicious behavior from personnel contracted by city power to perform certain functions in relation with my meter. This problem begin in 2017 and has continued to date with the last experience occurring on the 11th November 2019. Upon arrival they say that they are here to check our prepaid electricity meter, which we allow them to do, they then leave the meter with scratches for reasons I still have not been given. The following day a new group arrives also claiming that they have been sent by city power and that our meter is faulty, thereafter they request a bribe in order to fix it. This has led me to replace the previous meter and when they returned they ended up not only cutting the circuit breaker *******ly but also removing it all together. In the process I have also had some of my equipment damaged. I am writing this review to not only file a formal complaint about City power but also to make other residents aware of the harm I have endured in hopes that not only will this grab city power's attention but also warn others of these acts. It is not just an annoying situation to be in but it has also one that has cost me money due to the damage of my property!!!!
