SUPER BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!

bad service!!!! no lights since 19H00 last night and there are still no technicians on site till this very moment....logged a call....still waiting....no customer service as well....what is city power doing to keep the customer's happy NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!
