Sub contracted meter readers

We are consistently been harassed by sub contracted meter readers who are insisting on reading meters at my residence, despite the fact that City Power have installed a smart meter . when advised they insist that they are just doing their job. They always appear to be from legitimate companies. If they are claiming this as work done, then this is *****. Somebody from City Power is issuing instructions to these companies, who are getting paid. They are different companies, so no doubt, a lot of money is changing hands. When this is reported to City Power, nothing appears to get done about it. In fact more sub contracted readers are sent, from different companies . We have had 3 in the last 24 hours. No reaction to this from the ***** line who passes you back to customer care who does nothing about it. Where there is smoke there is fire!
