Street lughts

I stay in protea Glen x40 Soweto, I have logged call so many times regarding our street that haven't worked since late September. They keep giving me ticket numbers and after a day they close it. The streets are dark CP***/CP*** the resent one CP*** and it's also closed but lights not fixed Can someone attend to our issues please
