Street lights contue to burn 24 hours a day - yet

Second time I have complained about this. I work in Marshalltown Johannesburg.<br> <br> Street lights are continually on 24 hours a day. Someone must be responsible for this waste of electricity and am sure lights are on in other areas.<br> <br> What is City Power's excuse for this ?
