Street Lights

I stay in South of Johannesburg in a suburb called Townsview. For the past 2 month my street light has been off despite the number of phone calls I have made to City Power and given CPWEB references which never got resolved. My last complain I was assisted by a lady by the name of Cindy who gave me the numbers of 2 Technicians who deal with street lights in my area. Of to which I called the first one by the name of Keith and he told me his not on duty and then spoke to the second one on the 14th of December and giving him my CPWEB reference his name was Daniel and I must say he gave me a real bad attitude he told me that I need to be patient 1.as I'm not the only one who has a problem with street lights 2. I should never ever call him on his cellphone number I explained to him that it was given to me at his office. I explain to him my query and his response was \ I WILL SEE MAYBE WILL COME BY THURSDAY WHICH IS 18 DEC"bear in mind I knock off late and the place its not safe at all from ******* especially at night 2 weeks ago a lady was ******. as I fear for my life as a single parent to 3 boys but by the looks of things this will not be resolved. Can City power resolve this. """
