Still struggling with my Electrical

<br> I have been logging calls from last year up until Today but unfortunately my issue has not been resolve, if I need the authorities to assist on my crises but they cant help then what do I have to do?I have send out email, s m s, phone calls and online fault log yet my house is still in the dark.City Power did came on several times and they told me they cant solve my issues but they will send out Meter guys to take care of situation which on all my emails I have explained the situation. my log references are CPWEB 841059, CPWEB 835142,CPWEB 840369 and ***0.Please assist>>>>><br> <br> Today Reference online falut log is.
