STILL NO POWER SINCE BAFANA X2 LOST TO GHANA

I'm writing this complain with a heavy heart as again and again CITY POWER fails to deliver and no one seems to care. The block of flats that I reside in has been without electricity since Tuesday evening 27th January. The people from City Power sent a delegate of people (more like clowns) to repair the damaged cable causing the block of flats to be powerless. Today is Friday 30th and still the power has not been restored. To my annoyance, upon contacting the contact centre I am informed that ref number I have was closed as the faulty cable was fixed yesterday (Thursday) and the power restored..Am I delusional here, cause when I got up and took a bath this morning it was with cold water, the temperature outside is 30 degrees and I am wearing jerseys and blazers because my shirts are wrinkled and not ironed. There is a foul smell (all that rotting meat bought with hard earned money) on the building that I'm sure any visitors should or they have already alerted the authorities of possible decaying bodies...<br> Adding more frustration to this is to have a corky City Power call centre agent Lebo raising his $&%#^*@ voice at me in a condescending tone.
